Brian Webb is the owner of IHS Training, lives in Bellingham, WA and currently serves as IHS’s primary instructor.  Brian has over 20 years of law enforcement experience working as a Federal Agent for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, ICE and U.S. Customs.  He is a former Airline Pilot and has been an Instructor Pilot for the past 25 years. 

For 9 years he ran a special operations program, is still active in special operations and is this program's primary instructor.  In addition to working with IHS, Brian teaches special operations classes to include foreign and domestic safety and security for DHS, DEA, Defense Intelligence Agency, Secret Service, Navy Seals, British SOCA and the Canadian RCMP.  

For 6 years Brian managed a national survival training program and currently works as a survival instructor.

Brian has been teaching Corporate Executive seminars, personal safety courses for 25 years, government security classes for 15 years and has specialized in Christian Missionary and Support Organization training seminars for the past 3 years.

Brian has extensive knowledge in foreign travel, operations planning, terrorism, threat assessments and hostage survival.  His primary mission in life is to pass his extensive knowledge and experience on to people traveling overseas in order to keep them safe and able to continue their missions in some of the most dangerous parts of the world.
